If you are using Autodesk VoloView you may experience some troubles downloading the CAD details available.
Instead of a pop-up asking to Save or Open, VoloView may want to display the CAD detail within the browser window resulting in a blank window being displayed. If this should occur, please use the following to download the CAD details.
Right-click on the drawing and choose Save Target As.
Save the drawing in a folder where you can find it to use again. Check drawing name to make sure it says .DWG or .DXF before clicking save.
The pop-up will open. It will not save as .DWF as shown, it will save as a .DWG.
Click OK, the drawing can be found where you set the folder location. When you double-click the drawing, it should open within AutoCAD.
