If you are using Autodesk Streamline you may experience some troubles downloading the CAD details available.
Instead of a pop-up asking to Save or Open, Streamline may try to display the CAD detail within the browser window resulting in a blank window being displayed. If this should occur, please close all applications and open the Streamline application to adjust preferences.


Within Autodesk Streamline, locate the "File Types" tab within the Preferences option and make the changes shown above.
Once the preferences have been changed, please try to download the CAD details again. Streamline should display the CAD details within the browser.
Right-click on the drawing and choose Save Target As.

Save the drawing in a folder where you can find it to use again. Check drawing name to make sure it says .DWG or .DXF before clicking save.
